It takes us 4 days to drive from Chandler, AZ to Laramie. During that drive we went over bad freeways, tree branches dropped along the way, gosh knows what along the freeways. We were concerned about the tires and undercarriage of our 08 Honda CR-V. The first day in Laramie, we arrived at your facility, spoke to Dean about our concerns and he immediately took care of us. Well, not immediately. Another customer had a bad tire and she had a doctor's appointment in Fort Collins. We let her go ahead of us. Dean took special care of our car, checked everything underneath, had the car washed (4 days worth of lots of bugs) and gave the car a clean bill of health. Thanks, Dean. You are great.
